Sentinela

An AI receptionist that answers, qualifies and delivers ready-to-close leads on WhatsApp — 24/7.

Problem: Websites get visitors who leave without talking to anyone — especially outside business hours.
What I built: A chat widget installed with one line of code that talks to the visitor, qualifies the request and sends the lead straight to the owner's WhatsApp. A multi-plan SaaS with temporary conversation storage.

Apura

A tax intelligence layer on top of ERP systems for Brazil's tax reform transition (IBS/CBS/IS).

Problem: While the old and new tax regimes coexist, wrong classifications and unused tax credits turn into extra taxes — and rejected electronic invoices (NF-e).
What I built: An engine that calculates both regimes in parallel, flags credits at risk before the invoice is rejected and recommends the lowest-exposure regime. It integrates with the ERP via API, with no migration, and runs batch diagnostics for accounting firms.

I'm Jhonata Cândido, a software developer with 6+ years of experience. My current focus is applied AI and automation.

I help businesses replace manual work with systems that run on their own. I also build my own products, so I know what it means to need a system that delivers results, not just one that works.

Frequently asked questions

What almost everyone asks before getting started.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope. After the assessment you get a written proposal with price and timeline, with no obligation. Small automations are often far more affordable than people expect.

How long does it take?

It varies with complexity, and the timeline comes in the proposal. Larger projects are delivered in stages, so you can start using parts of the system before the end.

Do I need to replace the systems I already use?

No. The idea is to connect the automation to the tools your business already uses — WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, ERP or in-house systems. During the assessment I check how each one can be connected.

What if the AI gets it wrong?

Automations are designed with guardrails: the AI handles the repetitive work and hands off to a person when it isn't sure or when the topic is sensitive. Interactions are logged for review and tuning.

Is my data safe?

I only use the data that's needed, with restricted access, and agree with you on what is stored and for how long, following the principles of data protection laws such as Brazil's LGPD and the GDPR. In Sentinela, for example, conversations are only stored temporarily.

Do you work with companies of any size and location?

Yes. I work remotely, with small businesses and larger companies alike. What changes is the size of the solution, not the quality.
